      Pros

      Great Paid time off, competitive pay with opportunity for yearly merit raises. Awesome advancement opportunity. Lots of perks- discounts for local businesses in the area (and complimentary AAA membership!) The company even offers a bunch of activities- volunteer opportunities, a community food share, an employee garden, food trucks on sight, discounted trips, and holiday celebrations!

      Cons

      I'm sure all companies have ways they can improve themselves, I cannot think of any at the time.

      Pros

      This company offers great benefits. Great people to work with. The opportunity for advancement is always there.

      Cons

      I've been here for almost 18 years and don't see the downside. The company has gone through some changes over the past 5 years or so. The employees liked some and didn't like others. This will happen in ANY company.
