      Pros

      Great Paid time off, competitive pay with opportunity for yearly merit raises. Awesome advancement opportunity. Lots of perks- discounts for local businesses in the area (and complimentary AAA membership!) The company even offers a bunch of activities- volunteer opportunities, a community food share, an employee garden, food trucks on sight, discounted trips, and holiday celebrations!

      Cons

      I'm sure all companies have ways they can improve themselves, I cannot think of any at the time.

      Pros

      Mapfre Insurance has an excellent training program and invests in their employees. There is a lot of room for career growth and advancement. The company offers a variety of benefits with many options as well as company activities. The company also invests in the community, doing a variety of food drives and community services. I truly enjoy my department and the people I work with.

      Cons

      I would like to see more in person communications about the department and company, allowing for more in person interaction.

      An abundance of opportunities are there for those who want to advance. Beautiful facilities. Leadership is open, honest and available, always looking to do the right things.

      Cons

      High expectations of all employees but always keeping the interests of the customer at heart.
