Pros

20 PTO days, and a lot of really great co-workers

Cons

There are a lot of great people here, unfortunately they aren’t the ones making the decisions and, when they do speak up no one listens or makes changes to keep their employees happy. People have actually been told if you don’t feel happy, that’s something you have to figure out on your own (that came direct from the executive leader of human resources), the underlying message there is “if you don’t like it, leave.” The best people get overloaded with unrealistic workloads. There a lot of people doing the responsibilities of two jobs, or more, and still expected to meet aggressive goals that would require two or three people to get it done effectively and successfully. People get hired into a specific role and then get moved around to other roles that are unrelated, they like to plug and play with their employees here. There’s a good deal of middle management could do a whole lot of delegating but not much work of their own. The company is really driving toward digital transformation, it’s the buzzword everywhere of course. But if they don’t get their employee base happy, there’s not going to be any type of positive organizational or digital forward movement here. Quite honestly I can’t wait to go somewhere else where employees feel appreciated, in their listen to because of their experience and what they bring to the table, not pushed around into hasty decisions because executives are trying to make sure they get their bonuses.

Pros

Decent benefits and a lot of great people, outside of management, to work with, daily.

Cons

The contact center supervisors and managers are so out of touch with their employees. Regularly, the supervisors are the most gossipy and hardest people to work with. What makes things worse is that not one of the supervisors can perform the daily tasks of their employees. How do you expect to lead in an area where you have no experience nor functionality other than to make sure that time cards are kept up to date?
