nice people and environment, they have good benefits and tuition reimbursement

team call handling, but some of the team members don't follow through with the it. more work than there are employees and not enough time to do it all

-Benefits -Great PTO -Good first job -Training program

Cons

-Very low pay compared to industry -Management is stuck in their ways -Workload -Although PTO is great, coming back from a day off is stressful as most of your work isn't passed out -Writing seems to be on the wall, no advertising minus the local agents, losing market share
