I really can't say anything good about this company. Healthcare is something you can get at any company in this industry. Covered parking? Not going to make me stay!

Cons

*ZERO training and I mean NONE. *NO guidelines. Nothing is in writing and every person will tell you something different. *The system is a DINOSAUR and half of it is in Spanish! It never works right and agents are mad 99% of the time because the system messes up so much. *Management has no idea what they are doing and should be fired. This place is an absolute joke and I can't wait until I can quit. Taking this job was the biggest mistake of my life. None of these issues were disclosed to me during an interview.

Flexible work schedules. Co-workers are helpful and friendly. Management is approachable and open to suggestions. Promote from within frequently. A college degree is not required to advance to supervisory levels.

Cons

Excessive workloads and unrealistic production goals. exacerbated by multiple outdated and cumbersome technology systems. Poor training. Below average pay for expected performance. Typical large company bureaucracy with each functional area in their own silo protecting their turf.
