Pros

They usually work with top leading clients with games that are really fun to test. The office is really cool and they give you soft drinks, biscuits and fresh fruits (they buy them the Monday and usually the Wednesday there are no fruits anymore). The project managers are always willing to help you and the work ambient is really good. Your coworkers will be one of the best things in the company, as they usually are really friendly and do team building on Fridays going to have drinks or dinner. If you come from abroad they will pay you the plane (with a limit).

Cons

The company is located in Malaga TechPark and you don't have option for remote work as you work with confidential software (games and client software) and hardware (next gen consoles). Parking is easy when there are not many projects in the office, and bus options (25 and Express) usually (not always) work fine to get in time. As you work in projects, when it ends, if there are no other project for your language, you will not work anymore and would have to wait until they call you again. Salary is not good and if you have to come from abroad you won't have many help for finding a flat.

Pros

The location of the company is actually really nice, the Parque Tecnológico is a pleasant place (although far out of Málaga centre), the office building itself also has a modern feel.

Cons

I can only speak from a Loc/Translation PM perspective, the games testing side of the business can be completely different: -the IT system, internet, tools and servers are prone to failing disrupting the work a lot - small company, no chance for a promotion, or a different role with time - the communication style of the higher management is unacceptable, borderline rude - the higher management in charge do not have the necessary knowledge and skills (people, technical, managerial or else) to run such a company

Pros

Nice office and lovely (temporary) colleagues. Supervisors were nice.

Cons

They pay very little and lie to you constantly, be it about doing a translation test or when they will provide you internet in the expensive apartment they organized for you (in the end, there was no internet but they offered an internet stick). Management continuously tries to talk you, in a pushy way, into things you don't want to do, like accept a roommate you don't like or extend your contract even though you already have other plans. Randall seems like a great guy, but actually, his wife is the one running the company, and she is plain awful.
