Only good to start your career

Pros

New translators without any previous experience get hired to work on their biggest game client projects, allowing you to gain valuable experience in the sector.

Cons

Although Randall Mage, the CEO pretends to be a champion of translator rights, it is actually his policy to gatekeep his workers and never credit translators on games projects, only mentioning the company name.

Contracts don't give you any sense of stability. Money is bad, minimum wage, and workers' contribution band is the same as a till employee for a supermarket.
