Pros

Worked there 10 years seen it all was a manager and technician, No 2 days are ever the same, company vehicle and free from seeing a boss everyday Tons of overtime and driving if you have no life at all Company Iphone Good group of other techs to work with Tuition Reimbursement up to $3000 per year

Cons

Horrible work/life balance as a technician. You will drive over 200-250 miles a day, i drove 385 in a day to complete 5 jobs, and they don't care about any obligations you have they say your work schedule will be 8am-430pm but you can be giving a job at 415, 70 miles from home and if you refuse it you get written up Management use GPS in vehicles to check on you every SINGLE day, you have to leave your house every day at 7AM,unpaid, make sure you're not idling for more than 10 minutes a day or driving 5MPH over the speed limit Pay is horrible, and pay raises are 2.5 to 3% , if you get one, every year Quarterly bonus criteria is a joke if you speed 5 MPH over or idle kiss it goodbye Requesting time off is first come first serve, no seniority perks at all. I wanted a vacation in December, I put in for it in January a full 11 months in advance and got denied. This place is a filler job, not a career move... advancement is not possible unless you relocate to other markets and states

Techs are basically dispensable cannon fodder.

Pros

Fellow techs are friendly and helpful. Job can be low stress when managment is not barking at you.

Cons

Quick to threaten lay offs, cut hours and take away benefits ie: no longer give bonuses for techs but supervisors and execs keep them. No recognition for extra work. They complain of low profits then waste money on things like oversized ram vans when all thats needed is a sedan or compact suv. No room for promotions, neopotism and who you know is all that matters. Quality control specifciations only exist so those who create them can justify thier jobs.
