      Great people and good company to gain experience.

      Cons

      Lower than average pay for the same type of position in the area. Management does not communicate to their employees making it difficult to do your job or know when your doing a good job. Tough place to work if your a woman as it's very "old boys network" and you get treated like a secretary regardless of your position. Constant layoffs. No career growth.
