Pros

-Hours were good -Free coffee -Onsite cafeteria

Cons

-There are 3 groups in LoJack. The people in the inner circle, the people on the outside, and the people who are somewhere in between. The people in the inner circle enjoy benefits such as job security and frequent title changes. -Closing lots offices and also laying off employees. This happens often and unexpectedly. No one is safe, it's all about saving money. -The call center office in california was closed a few years ago and many jobs were lost. However, this company generously offered employees from california to keep their job if they relocate to massachusetts. Which is ridiculous, because who would move half way across the country for $14 an hour? -Certain people and certain groups have set ways of doing things. They aren't willing to change or want to change. -Raises and bonuses, not consistent. All depends on company's financial performance.

Lost opportunity for market expansion

Pros

Not much to say here.

Cons

Management is not willing to expand into new markets. They have been handed opportunities to leverage their brand name into other markets with very little risk but were unwilling to take chances. They do not fathom the competition and rely upon their LEO relationships which are dwindling. They are completely "auto-centric" and don't understand other markets. As to be expected just by regurgitating former car guys and LE retirees into the mix.
