Pros

Full time hours are available so if that's something you're looking for and you've settled into making a well informed decision, good luck.

Cons

This company has been on the decline for a while. Despite what other reviewers stated benefits are terrible. The health insurance premiums have gone up every year (and the plans aren't great), they completely stopped 401k match, NO tuition reimbursement, and indefinitely got rid of bonuses for employees except for management. How do you justify bonuses for management but pull it from the people who actually do the work? Corporate greed at its finest. Nepotism and the "good ol boy" system is as fluid as water here. People have gotten positions based on their relatives or who they are buddy/buddy with and not by the work they do. Positions are created specifically for those people while others who try to earn their way are overlooked. So if you are looking to establish a career here, there will be no room for growth unless you belong to one of the two groups mentioned above. People go and come as they please without any repercussions. It's an absolute joke. SPECIAL TREATMENT IS CONDONED HERE. Management's sense of innovation is circa 2002 compared to other companies who actually are current with today's technology-enhanced business climate. The website was JUST updated maybe two years ago and it STILL needs major improvement. They have extremely poor marketing and social media handling and hold on to achievements from more than five years ago instead of focusing on cutting edge products for NOW. Policies change as quickly as the wind blows. There are no constant procedures as "management" makes things up as they go along. No one ever has a plan b,c, or d. They always act after something happens, rather than take precautions before hand which have led to many disasters for the company. If you work outside of the corporate office in Massachusetts, you are not a concern. Upper management doesn't even acknowledge employees. They will walk into a room and ignore you as if you are beneath them or worthless. It's belittling, degrading, and offensive; not behavior management should display toward any employee. So many good employees have left the company because they saw how awful the place is. Just don't do it. You will regret it.
