Pros

Benefits are good staff products pension and share scheme are competitive in market.

Cons

I have worked for lloyds for 6 years there is minimal progression although as a staff member you spend a lot of time working on Pdps where actions are set however nothing is done to help and support. When applying for an internal job or promotion there is a lot of internal politics.

Pros

It was nice to have a guaranteed salary during the economic downturn.

Cons

The products were not particularly competitive and the pressure to cross-sell was particularly intense. I understand that this may have changed now.
