It is a fact that Liberty Mutual is the highest paying company when it comes to sales! The top performers are easily making over $100,000 per year. Most months I’m making over $8000 per month after taxes. The new building in Legacy West makes for a great work environment and presents more opportunity for career growth.

Cons

One of the cons is sometimes mangers and supervisors micro- manage.

Co-workers, dress code, benefits and the cafeteria. They pay for your licenses... they have a training class every month because the turn over is horrible.

Cons

Total grind. The call quality is garbage... a shadow of what it used to be. Best place to work ever 5 years ago! Just changed the comp plan, and totally screwed over the workforce. Wait a year, till all the top producers leave and they change the comp plan back; then apply. Not competitive in the market place at all.
