I Wouldn't Recommend Working for Them

Pros

Steady pay and a place where you can work forever if you don't mind not being promoted and receiving only a small increase in pay.

Cons

Outdated technology and management. They aren't at all innovative, still clinging to the 1980's way of doing things. They don't promote based on skills or talent but popularity and if you don't make it into one of their cliques then you won't be promoted. Managers take credit for their employees hard work and all they do is sit around in meetings all day. I really disliked working for them.
