Cons

Culture is getting very "used car salesman" style, and no longer about truly helping your clients. Focus shifting to call volume, even though it wasn't a call center environment. A lot of turn over due to "inconsistent perfromance" rules.

Not much. You can make okay money for a few months but liberty makes sure you hate your life and paychecks in no time.

Cons

Everything. The job is nothing like what it use to be. Huge pressure to perform where even the top agents are getting written up monthly. Many of the people I started with have left and the rest have plans to leave asap.
