There really aren't any, you get paid but you get that at any job. It's pretty awful.

If you want to know how it feels to work at Liberty Mutual it's a reflection of how the the CEO swaddled away in his 1335 sq.ft. 4.5 million dollar office suite blinding himself from how he makes his money. What actually does happen is the company offers the same products as other companies in the industry, (Yes EVERYONE can customize your car insurance.) but at a much higher cost with the promise of better service. The better service doesn't exist however, it can take hours to get a low wage employee on the line that has strict instructions of getting you off their line in less than 4:40 minutes. If scamming people like this for a living to help the CEO pay for his executive bunker upgrades while you work yourself to death sounds like a great career I suggest you apply today.
