Local manager is a nightmare

We are currently able to work at home. Great benefits

Manager is a negative micro manager. There is a discrepancy between how men and women are treated. The base pay is only 13 an hour. Manager has no idea how to do job or any of the processes. He literally just spits the numbers out. There is no positive momentum on how to improve the numbers. If you ask for help, you are put off to another rep. Huge number of turnover with zero accountability

Training Leads (if the management doesn’t play favorites) Supplies paid for Base salary for first few months, then commissions

Cons

Management plays favorites The boss was dating around the office High turnover Micromanaged with lots of bias Not female friendly (because of manager who has personal issues)
