Pros
The companies diverse offering of P&C insurance through multiple distribution channels in multiple countries has produced strong financial results. The company is making great strides towards providing employees with appropriate technology resources. There is a strong commitment to training and development of employees and a strong corporate culture.
Cons
The company desires change, but is slow to act and changes are poorly communicated. There is definitely a need for senior managers to trust employees with information regarding the changes. Too much focus is on the processes that are changing and not enough on the impact the changes are having on the culture and employees work environment.
