Great training opportunities and exposure to challenging, invigorating work with upper management. Excellent place to jump start a career. Skills are invaluable.

Cons

Learning curve is high. Must manage multiple projects at one time with little knowledge or transparency with current processes. Level of ambiguity pretty high; must adapt pretty quickly. Tasks can sometimes be boring, busy work.

Lack of diversity at senior management level. Many senior managers have been working at the company for a long time, true leadership skills are at times absent, decision making and change execution are slow.

Dont believe the slogans of helping people.. its all about the bottom line. They operate to cut costs taking it out on customers and employees. Executives are well rewarded
