Competitive standards, decent pay for first job but not a career.

Great training and reasonable expectations when first starting. Company has well established relationships making leads attainable when you are having trouble developing your own. Management willing to help.

Cons

Comp plan is good for someone new to the industry or in their first sales job recently out of college. Long term compensation has been so stripped by the new model it's impossible to make the money senior reps were once making. Focus is on finding new business, no payout for residual business so you'll have to hustle until the day you retire. Not what you typically want in an insurance career. Be prepared to have call nights until 7-8pm twice a week.

Salary is fairly good and competitive, but other than that, I cannot think of anything else positive to say about Liberty Mutual

Cons

Constant threats and demands. Too much work, for too few employees.Incentives are nice, but money would be better. Morale would be boosted if emplyees were treated better.
