Pros

It can be a wonderful place to work. The work is challenging and meaningful. I work with many talented managers and team members. People are always respectful and conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism. The benefits are good and they try to make your job as stress free as possible by giving flexible work hours, great salaries and comfortable work environments.

Cons

Recent layoffs and restructuring have wreaked havoc on a company that I had thought I would stay and grow with for many more years. People who were kept on have been left feeling disillusioned and unsure of what, if any, future they have with their departments, teams and Liberty as a whole.

Pros

401k & Pension Plan, Competitive Salary. Comfortable work station, free coffee and very affordable exercise facility on premise. Quiet working environment.

Cons

Inexperienced and apathetic low level management. Unattainable required performance metrics along with an unmanageable caseload. Senior Operations Management is disconnected, withdrawn, moody and unapproachable.

Pros

There aren't any anymore. It used to be a fairly stable employer, but not anymore. Management just plain sucks, and that's putting it mildly. If you don't mind working for unscrupulous, unethical, law-breaking people, this is your company.

Cons

They just laid off almost 150 loss prevention employees, with an average age of about 52, and with over 20 years average experience. They kept all the young, inexperienced kids. If you are of retirement age (55 plus) chances are you are being laid off.
