Operating system shuts down and your stuck They want you to respond to every email (minimum of 100), every complaint, address old files, new claims, text messages coming in, etc…All within your shift. If you work any overtime you can get written up for trying to keep up. Manager will get onto you if you have to get help from colleagues. It’s preached as positive but it’s frowned upon when you have your annual review. Make it make sense.
