Pros

Great work life balance. Flexible work arrangements. Really good culture. Great work space. Trainings are great. Benefits are largely good -- although like any company watching expenses they seem to want to roll back things every year.

Cons

Promotions are few and far between for most folks. Field office roles are subpar to home office. There's also a lot of people who make into mid-level and even senior manager roles that clearly aren't the best fit so there's a lot of highly paid people who add little value (i.e. oversized corporation)

Pros

laid back, flexible, little to no mandatory overtime

Cons

No structure, completely unorganized, it's quantity versus quality, overload you with claims, poor training. They say they are about the customer but with the workload and the expectations, it comes down to numbers and pushing claims out, it's not about doing what is right for the customer.

We appreciate your review, but we're sorry to see that you wouldn't recommend us based on your experience. We set high expectations for our employees, but we always aim to back up those expectations with training, communication, and manager support. It sounds like you don't feel you are receiving that training. We'd encourage you to speak with your manager about your questions and concerns so we can work to make improvements. Thanks again for your post.

Pros

The benefits are really good.

Cons

The metrics are impossible to meet and if you do meet one, they still hit you with a low score on your yearly review. There is almost no field staff anywhere, so you will be handling large damage amounts form the desk that really should be seen in person and then questioned on your decisions. The audit reviews are extremely opinion based. The vast majority of the department is always either on a coaching package, fired, or leaving at any given time. The work load is also ridiculous. I also don't feel like we behave with integrity and it seems like we just try to pay as little as possible.
