Pros

Good benefits, remote working option (in most departments), flex work week schedules (summer only). Generally good room for growth and solid job security as well. The annual hackathon is a fun opportunity, and time off is fairly generous.

Cons

There are many outdated systems that people get stuck working on, but the company is trying to improve on them. Your role varies heavily depending on your team and department. If placed on a good team, there are excellent career opportunities, but they can be somewhat difficult to come across. Generally, base salary is not as competitive as other companies for software developers and lower, but becomes much more competitive (with bonus) at the Sr. level

Pros

Flexible working arrangements, tuition reimbursement, above average compensation, competitive maternity/paternity leave, great work-life balance.

Cons

Management, specifically executives are so caught up in politics that they can't see past their own jobs to actually manage their people and lead their own organizations.

Pros

Benefits on day 1... Compensation is much higher than many companies in DFW area.

Cons

They fired me while pregnant and canceled my healthcare on the same day they fired me. I had been working there for 2 years. Work life balance sucks.
