Pros

Work from home, though I don't like bringing the negativity from this place into my home.

Cons

The managers are a joke who think their entire job function is to forward emails to others. It is a blame and shame atmosphere where no one is accountable except for the lowest person on the totem pole. And if a mistake is made (which is inevitable given the poor management) you will be crucified on review after review. Every non-manager working here is miserable and looking for a new job, making the office environment quite awful.

Pros

Good benefits, 401k and "pension"

Cons

They just want to bring you on for a few months so you can sell to all of your friends and family. Micromanaging, company plays favorites, rules are always changing and almost always for the worse, high turnover rate.

Pros

Quick to promote on experience and workload.. the more you work and the more you sacrifice , the more you are recognized..also they recognize your achievements. networking is a plus. Work from home is definitely a plus also! Great people in my office its like a family honestly.

Cons

Workload is too much.. turnover slowed down but still past cases received are ridiculous because of the business that underwriting is accepting. Slow market right now so they are taking any and all! When you take transfer files.. you are given a grace period of about 2 months. After that they start wondering why your pending is so high.. Well.
