Major disability discrimination

If you feel like never getting your short term disability payments. Work here

Cons

Management not trained in how to handle disability accommodations legally. Company discrimination against middle age, educated, disabled individuals. They want people fresh out of college that just want to fill metrics that aren't customer service oriented. I have reported several complaints to EEO that I still try to work with Liberty with internally to clean up legal issues I have against them

Pay, benefits, and work/life decreasing

Mostly inbound lead sources, a/c, 37.5 hour work week (though management will try to connive you into 40)

Cons

Executive management constantly trying to get more production and outputs out of sales team, though inputs and leads are declining, and pay per output is declining. This is resulting on an increasingly stressful work culture, less promotion opportunities, and constant talk of cuts in pay plans. Middle management seems content to let sketchy sales practices persist, as long as they are benefiting from an increase in policy count.
