Pros

There is lots of Vacation Time, however, some managers will not let you take any sick time.

Cons

Discrimination against younger, bright, female employees. Overall, I was grossly underpaid compared to my peers and male-counterparts. Despite the fact that I completed work of the same level of difficulty of my peers, they were paid twice as much as me. And, my computer skills were highly advanced compared to many of my peers. The admin who continually made error after error was promoted and earned more than I as a Business Analyst. Also, I was not given a promotion the entire time I was there -- 4 years.

Pros

The job is a remote job.

Cons

6 weeks out of training, half my class is gone. One reason is they lied at hiring. This is not a job selling Liberty Mutual Insurance, the job is to generate leads for other less reputable companies, and mislead customers into talking with them. We advise through our third party vendors "Insurance as low as $29.99", then we give them a quote of something outrageous like $15,000 a year for liability only on one car just so we can offer to send them to "another team" (a different company, they lied to us in training) for a lower price. The sales goals are so outrageous the majority of employees don't meet them, so the nice base salary the offer doesn't matter, because they will take money from you for not meeting goal.. But by their own admission, 90% of the leads coming in are going to be rejected, and then we have to hope transferring to that "other team" will give you a credit for a sale. Other than that, the sales strategies are be as pushy as possible and try to take advantage of old people. Human Resources has no interest in helping employees. Reports of workplace hostility take a month for them to communicate with you about, and then they just tell you that what you experienced wasn't real and they're going to do absolutely nothing about it. I have never in my life worked for a company such a short amount of time before I started looking for a new job.
