Pros

Beautiful office space and good work/life balance. New paid maternity program starting in 2018. Flexibility to learn and move around between departments is encouraged. Strong culture centered on doing the right thing and philanthropy.

Cons

Health Insurance changes, poor executive leadership, outdated thinking (agile and flex space were done a decade ago by leading companies and are just now being poorly introduced at Liberty), along with a doomsday outlook have most people leaving or looking for employment elsewhere. Workplace bullying is alive & well and also not addressed by management. All they talk about is getting on the Best Places to work list, yet do nothing to get there. Company needs a serious overhaul of the executive team to stay relevant.

Pros

Hands down, the BEST place to launch a career. The sales training was fantastic, the culture in training was fun. But this was also back in the day before the devolution.

Cons

-Hands down #1 biggest con: Your leadership DOES. NOT. CARE. ABOUT. YOU. Never forget that you are but a statistic... a single rung at the very bottom of the corporate latter. Your job and your purpose is simply to please and appease your management team. If this were a romantic breakup, Liberty management's behavior would be considered manipulative on a sociopathic level. Blaming, avoiding taking any responsibility, and avoiding/resisting communication.

Pros

The pay is great, the options for Therapy is great, and some of the trainers are amazing.

Cons

They portray as a company to care for the employees, but that is only to get you in the door. The expectations are unrealistic for the employee, and when you provide proof of this and ask them if they could do the same if they were in your role, won't answer your question but talk in circles. This company is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for! It is best to write down notes of your own of every meeting you have with any team lead, manager, or director. Keep track of everything because they will lie on you and when you ask for proof, they will tell you they can't provide it. Trust me, I have proof!
