Nothing as of right now.

Cons

You get PTO but get in trouble for using it the same day. It has be submitted in advanced. The goals and metrics have increased dramatically to the point where the turn over is out of control. You get micromanaged like crazy. They preach that there is work life balance, but there’s not. You WILL work weekends. Probably a lot more than what you are told. Not a lot of room for growth unless you’re a favorite.

Nice colleagues who are not management.

Cons

Career progression depends on showing off & asking questions in meetings rather than work that affects business. Promotion every 2 years only even if you work harder than others. Goal of being "Customer first" is fake, since management decided to give covid-19 refunds only if other insurance companies are doing it. High workload but low salary increase (2-5 %) irrespective of performance.

Unfortunately, the people who make business decisions are outdated and are consistently making more layers of management - full of employees who are not even knowledgeable in technology and yet are managing developers?
