I feel valued for my contributions, have autonomy to make decisions, and know that what I do matters. The people that I work with are amazingly talented. I feel a strong sense of collaboration within my team, my leaders, my larger organization, and the groups that I partner with. I am well compensated and feel that the benefits are fair. I love that Liberty matches donations to the causes that matter most to me along with opportunities to volunteer. Liberty embraces innovation and acts on employee ideas. One of the best things about working at Liberty is the ability to come to work as my full self. Our employee resource groups are phenomenal ways to connect, share and learn from each other. I'm so thankful to work for a company that facilitates this type of culture and sense of community.

With smaller staff and focus on expense reductions, which affects most business today, it can be challenging to get all of the work done that is needed.
