Pros

Great benefits, room for growth and becoming more progressive in our thoughts on flexibility.

Cons

Room to improve with virtual assignments. This organization doesn't term bad managers, they dump them into other departments.

Pros

Financial stability, compensation, benefits, development conversations required with your manager, supportive of growth/education/aspirations

Cons

Slow changing, old culture. Very much "good old boys club" feel. If you haven't worked here for 20, 30 or 40 years, you're a "newbie" and don't get respect quickly.
