Pros

Experienced co-workers who know their job and are willing to share their knowledge.

Cons

Poor management that don't listen to their employees. Unsafe work environment with unprofessional leadership who mishandled my injury. They tried to force me to divulge my confidential WSIB correspondence. I felt unsafe working here. Mismanagement of experience and talent and blame shifting of leadership onto floor workers.

Cons

The company focus is cost reduction. They try to get as much out of you as they can, while doing as little for their employees as they can. Little appreciation is ever shown. They try to push you to take on so much that if you aren’t careful you will have no outside life. The benefits are lacking. 401k is comparable to other companies. Health insurance is ok but the cost for it is high. Only 16 PTO days and there is no separate sick time. Pay is way below average. Raises are 0 or minimal. Many of the employees are interns which results in a lot of turn over.
