Large number of products to remember. Doesn't provide the best training in understanding selling the products. Will usually train on features and benefits, but doesn't emphasize importance of products to the customer. Also, they don't discuss thoroughly the difference of products compared to competitors.
No mentor program, and poor on board training.
Poor communication from leadership and team members. Partial information are mostly given.
Company had purchase a lot of different companies, and will continue to add more. All brands work individually, and no real accountability and unification between each brands. May look like one large company, but more like 6+ companies with no unified message or culture.
