      Some of the best connectivity, communications, electrical and structural communications equipment in the world. Very strong M&A model.

      Cons

      New product development for the longest time was in the individual business silos largely because of the acquisition companies synergies remaining local. This has been identified and brand management weaknesses have been shored up.
