No room for growth. We were acquired and they quickly took away business to give to distribution and/or their internal favored employees. The company has little knowledge of the fiber optics industry- poor management. Management does not want to deal with employees. Pushed political agendas in weekly meetings. They say they are pro employees and supportive of diversity yet they ignore employees, make the culture divisive and spend money on the big wigs... After they took over business went down significantly.

Bad management and poor poor training company managemen use others to train lower waged employees once lower wage employees are trained upper wage employees layed off without notice with major management favoritism. Worst company to grow and gain management growth.
