exposure on many projects & different areas of business, variety of work, work is never boring.
Cons
central marketing leadership is like a fraternity house. they hire their friends into leadership roles or people who have big names on their resumes. none of leadership actually have hands on experience doing the tasks that their bottom line employees do on a day to day basis. they expect you to be online everyday by 8am regardless of if there's a real reason to be ie a meeting or not because they are micro-managers.
