      Pros

      A fairly comfortable culture, where people are treated well and put in positions to do well.

      Cons

      Some direction and decision making by upper management is questionable at times. Also, for those in field sales positions, there seem to be very few career growth opportunities. Also, many of our business divisions don't work well together, and our software systems don't communicate well.

      Good work/life balance, benefits, work environment. The company focuses a lot on employee development, and really cares about keeping people happy.

      Takes long time for management to implement new processes Location, Hartford not the best area, but this company has locations all over the U.S.
