Thank you so much for your feedback. We're proud of the product diversity and the opportunity that affords for getting involved in stimulating projects. We hope you will take advantage of the training offering through Learning@Legrand. We are looking forward to getting employee feedback through our survey in June to hear about opportunities to make our culture even stronger. And we do emphasize the importance of soliciting team feedback as an input to change in both of our manager programs (LEAP and LEAP 2.0). Greatly appreciate the review and wish you continued success in your career at LNCA!

Not a great place to work

Pros

Good benefits; somewhat successful in their market

Cons

A lot of people and more specifically management are not in the correct roles. They have way too many "managers" who have no business being managers (or above). They have a lot of programs in place to get people moved up in their career, but there are almost too many programs and they do not effectively juggle all of the programs that are in place. Experiences with HR have not been the best. Again, people that are not in the right roles. A lot of favoritism as you see the same people getting the same awards all the time. Hiring takes for ever and the process is not a good one.
