      Pros

      The organisation has few hierarchical layers which enables people to be creative. You get to have a global and strategic view quite quickly

      Cons

      Headquarters are based in Limoges which isn't the most attractive location in France..!

      Pros

      Company does care about people, it has high standards for integrity and customer focus. Collaboration with team mates and other departments/divisions is strongly encouraged. The is annual bonuses based on company results.

      Cons

      Many acquisitions makes coordination and focus difficult, if you can't deal with constant change, probably not a place for you. Compensation is in the low end, although it seems an industry issue (unless you are a VP)
