      Pros

      Legrand is very financially stable corporation, with sales north of 2 billion annually, reconditioned as an industry leader, and one of Forbes Most innovative companies. Ledgrand makes great products, and has a talented sales team.

      Cons

      Legrand runs too lean, this impacts the company on so many fronts. There are commonly overstretched expectations, especially for sales growth.

      Legrand takes very seriously people development and put a great effort on it. Growth opportunities are there for those professionals that are willing to take the challenge.

      Not all employees have a good understanding of how diverse Legrand is with its products and the different divisions we have.
