      Pros

      Good culture, good values, focus on corporate responsibility and sustainability. Plenty of opportunity for movement within the company, a strategy focused on growth and acquisition.

      Cons

      Silos, some lack of trust among different business units. Channel conflict. Outdated IT infrastructure, and some policies from Group (French global HQ) don't make sense.

      A lot of different locations, hard to grow from early in career programs if no job openings.
