      Decent Salary if you are in with the right people.

      Cons

      You will never get anywhere if youre not with the in crowd. They never focus on talent. They care about MONEY! and money alone. Not you the person who actually makes the money. They are there own worst enemy.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance and 401k match. Executive management treats their employees well and are great people.

      Cons

      It's better to be related than qualified and people in directors positions do not value their people and are only concerned about how they look to management. For some people the only way to stand tall is to push everyone else down.

We do midyear reviews, year-end reviews, and annual Talent Reviews to ensure performance standards are met. In addition, we just completed an engagement survey and are giving people managers individualized feedback reports, while expecting them to share their results with their team and take action against their results.
