      Pros

      The people are friendly, the work is interesting and stimulating

      Cons

      Legrand has a cost cutting culture. Unfortunately this applies to employees as well as products. Benefits, especially medical, are less attractive year after year.

      Lots of positions for internships.

      Cons

      Majority of workforce is made up of young interns with a high turnover rate and very low probability of converting them to full employees. Even after obtaining full time position, their compensation is not competitive and benefits are some of the worst I've ever been offered.

      Legrand invests in their people and has a a great culture. It is very collaborative environment full of talented people.

      They grow by acquiring companies so there is constant chaos with integration.
