      Pros

      Great team & work environment. People are generally positive. Mostly a virtual work environment. They've been willing to allow me to change positions with the company to be able to grow professionally!

      Cons

      There's some processes that are switching and growing pains with the change, but it's been great to see a company willing to adapt and change to meet the demands of their employees.
