Cons

Treated poorly compared to other marketing and sales rotational program members. Not flexible salary. Outsource a lot of marketing so hard to learn.

Strong benefits, well positioned in market and have good products.

Cons

They are growing through acquisitions so there is a constant stress that you will be redundant when they buy someone. They are also very quick (sometimes hastily) to react to bad financial with cuts.
