It would be better if company have clear career path, employee skill development in order to prepare them to the next level, micromanaging, support mental health and good working environment. Since the company merger with local company, the job role is not clear to one another, in the name of cost efficiency company done double-job to the employee and employed the one who do not have any background related to the job role.
