Pros

Great benefits and the company loves to hire from within. Very flexible with your day to day schedule. Most of the mid-level management has come from within the company and likely the department they manage over. They understand many of the day to day hurdles that are faced by the employees that they manage over.

Cons

Promotions seem to be based on relationships and not what you have shown. The actual holidays given are pretty minimal but the actual paid time off is phenomenal.

The benefits and PTO were the biggest asset of working for this company. The health insurance was very generous.

Cons

The Stock holders were the decision makers so if the company was not moving in the right direction, the stock holders decide the fate of the business.

Lots of room to move into different fields, best benefits I've ever seen.

Cons

Pay scale once you're in doesn't keep up. A 40 hour week is busy as an 80 hour week. Hard to keep up.
