- Some people seem to progress quicker than others and it seems that it's more based on right place, right time as opposed to skill and time served
- There is lots of focus on retaining new recruits, which often seems to be at the expense of longer serving staff
- Staff who have served >5 years don't seem to be considered
- Not much reward for loyalty
- Long service awards are pretty poor
- Loss of bonuses was a mistake
- Bonuses only for high job grades is disgusting - people on lower job grades don't work any less hard and should be eligible for the same rewards.
- Pay reviews don't seem to be done often enough and there are large pay discrepancies across the site and even within departments.
