Pretty Standard for a Large Corporation

Pros

It can be a good place to gain experience for someone without a degree. The building itself was well-equipped with a large break area, a gym, and plenty of on-site parking.

Cons

Any type of raise or promotion comes with a slow grind, as you would expect at a large company with multiple levels of management. The work volume was too big for the team and we were pressured to stay overtime on a weekly basis.
