If you transfer into other departments it’s lateral pay. They won’t even pay you more. My raise was .30 and they blamed it on covid. I hated everything about this place

Work Environment is really good. Everyone is friendly and ready to help. I joined LabCorp 5months ago and it became my second family. Best co-workers I've ever had in my life. No discrimination, culturally diverse, prompt response from HR and management, caring supervisors, tons of benefits. A company to build your career.

Cons

Super Fast-paced and high pressure. Heavy workload. At the same time you Need to be very precise about what you are doing.
